New BMU project: a consortium headed by adelphi facilitates and supports local climate mitigation

National Cleaner Production Centres (NCPCs) are designed to support the local private economy in their efforts to become more resource efficient and environmentally oriented, but often face considerable constraints regarding business skills, financial sustainability and customer-oriented service delivery.
