Paola Adriázola

Junior Project Manager
Paola Adriázola works at adelphi as a Junior Project Manager in the area of environment, conflict and cooperation. Her regional focus is Latin America and East Africa and her work concentrates on climate security and conflict-sensitive resource governance in developing countries. She currently works on the topics of aquatic resource management and water cooperation.
Before joining adelphi, Paola Adriázola gathered practical experience at Human Rights Watch in Washington, DC, and as an intern with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in New York, and with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in South Africa.
Paola Adriázola has a Master in Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin and Bachelor degrees in Political Science (B.A.) and Journalism (B.S.J) from the University of Kansas.
