Senior Project Manager

Cosima Strasser works as a Senior Project Manager at adelphi. Her main focus lies on corporate sustainability and Green Economy topics. She currently works in projects concerning climate change, green finance, social and environmental entrepreneurship and business models at the Base of the Pyramid.

Cosima Strasser is experienced in the design, implementation and evaluation of projects in the field of sustainable development for national and international clients and has gained work experience in Latin America, Africa and South Asia. Her tasks range from the development and realisation of trainings to consulting services for companies and organisations and conceptual and academic work. She is certified in the assurance of sustainability reports (Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner) and completed the Environmental & Social Risk Analysis (ESRA) Training for sustainable risk management of UNEP FI.

After having completed her studies of International Relations in Berlin ,Geneva, Switzerland, and New York, USA, Cosima Strasser worked as a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group and in several projects for a public policy consultancy in London. She also gained work experience as an intern for the German Foreign Office and the environmental department of a district in Santiago de Chile, Chile, and a city development consultancy in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Cosima Strasser was an Associate of the class 2009/2010 at stiftung neue verantwortung, an interdisciplinary think tank in Berlin, working in the team "Sustainability Leadership".
