Sibylle Kabisch

Project Manager
Sibylle Kabisch works as a Project Manager at adelphi concerning climate change, energy and tourism. She acts, amongst others, as a technical expert, project manager and trainer in projects on climate change and tourism, climate change adaptation in rural communities and cities as well as energy efficiency and renewable energies, especially in South and Southeast Asia.
Sibylle Kabisch is certified for Capacity WORKS, PRINCE2 and as an OECD trainer for climate change adaptation.
From 2005 to 2007 Sibylle Kabisch focused her professional work on project management and project development for infrastructure projects in the UK and Ireland at Bilfinger Berger. In 2008 she supported the Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Ecuador in the areas of water, wastewater, and waste and worked on a model project for biomass.
She studied Industrial Engineering (MSc), with a civil engineering technical focus, at the Berlin Technical University and International Business (MIB) at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. During her studies Sibylle Kabisch completed several technical internships, amongst others, in construction management for structural works at the new central station in Berlin and for the construction of the Sony Center, Berlin. In addition, she gained valuable experiences in business administration whilst supporting a strategy project at TUI AG.
