Stephan Wolters

Junior Project Manager
Stephan Wolters works as a Junior Project Manager at adelphi. His work focuses on projects in the field of climate and energy policy as well as on the interlinkages between the environment, conflict and cooperation.
Before joining adelphi, Stephan Wolters gained experience at the Federal Foreign Office, where he analysed aspects of economic and energy policy for a range of Latin American and Caribbean states. At Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), he worked in projects on energy and transportation and particularly focused on energy efficiency.
Stephan Wolters studied economics at Humboldt University in Berlin, University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain, and New York University, USA. He specialized in international political economy as well as in questions of energy policy and climate economics, the topic of his thesis.
