Gregor Grüttner
Conference Management

Gregor Gruettner is responsible for Communications and Conferences Management at adelphi. His range of services includes invitation, travel and facility management, bookings and logistics, as well as debriefing for participants and speakers.

He organises about 30 different events per year, ranging from several executive meetings and high-level policy consultations to important international conferences in Germany and abroad. Recent events include the founding conference of the International renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), or the Freiburg Conference on Climate Change and Security.

He also has experience in production and media technology, which he has used while overseeing organisational duties. His communication skills include report production and production of professional policy briefs, websites and blogs. Gregor Grüttner designed and operated dozens of conference websites and featured discussions on list servers and blogs.
