Taking ecological and social criteria into account when buying products or services supports sustainable markets and production. adelphi is the project executing agency for the German dialogue process on sustainable production and consumption. For the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, we are investigating the application of environmental aspects in public procurement and identifying innovative approaches in the consumer policies in other countries.
