Transport and Tourism
Moving people and goods quickly, efficiently, and cheaply is a key structural feature of modern societies. At the same time, the steady growth in mobility and increasing energy demands present serious challenges to transport systems, the service and tourism industry, and the environment. adelphi develops sustainable transport and tourism concepts for clients within Germany and abroad, including by implementing energy efficiency measures and funding investments in renewable energy. A five-year "Hotel and Catering Energy Campaign" highlights energy cutting measures for hotels, inns and restaurants in Germany, and encourages appropriate implementation.
