Carolin Weische
Communications Assistant

Carolin Weische supports the adelphi communication team. Her work is focused on text editing, internal communication, and social media management.

Before joining adelphi, Carolin completed a traineeship at Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR) in Cologne, where she worked for the ARD-Hauptstadtstudio Berlin, at Lokalstudio Bonn, and at ARTE-Wissensmagazin X.enius. She then began working as a freelance radio journalist for WDR5 and Cosmo. She previously studied journalism in Dortmund and Lisbon.

After her studies, Carolin worked on the project "Biodiversity and Climate Action in the Atlantic Rainforest" for the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Brazil. There she worked on a project communication strategy and supported internal project monitoring. She completed a postgraduate course in Human Ecology in Lisbon and is currently studying for a master’s degree in Global Change Management at the University for Sustainable Development in Eberswalde.
