Carolina Borges works as an Consultant at adelphi in the field of energy efficiency, with a primary focus on sustainable energy financing and on the building sector. At the core of her work is the enormous potential of cities and communities to building comprehensive sustainable energy investment programmes and act as drivers of the energy transition.
