Fabian Eder has been a consultant at the office of the EMAS Advisory Board (UGA) since 2019. As part of the committee and project work, he provides support for the “Approval, Examination, Supervision” and “European Union” working groups. Fabian also contributes to the public relations work of the UGA and communicates with national and international institutions such as the Federal Ministry for Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU), the Federal Environment Agency (UBA), the European Commission and the European EMAS Helpdesk. His duties also include providing initial advice to companies interested in the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS).
Before joining the UGA, Fabian worked in an agency as a consultant for sustainability management, where he was responsible, among other things, for strategy development in the areas of sustainability and communication as well as customer advice. He has also worked with Engagement Global and the Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
Fabian completed his master’s degree in responsible management after completing two bachelor’s degrees in transcultural communication and international business administration.
