Katrin Bauermeister works at adelphi in the controlling & finance department. Her focus lies on the internal controlling and project accounting with a specialisation in national and international grant projects. She also scrutinizes financial reports and supports the preparation of the annual accounts as well as the execution of audits. In addition, she is responsible for personnel controlling and managing contracts with sub-clients and partners.
Katrin holds a Bachelor of Arts in the field of Media Management. She worked for several years as senior project manager with various media companies and agencies. She previously completed an advanced training in controlling and accounting at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) in Berlin, Germany. Alongside her position at adelphi, she is currently completing an MBA in "General Management" at the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) Berlin, Germany.
