Nadine Nitsche is a Research Analyst at adelphi and works in the fields of energy management and energy campaigns. Her specialist focus is on recommendations for action and communication strategies for energy-efficient practices in companies.
Before joining adelphi, Nadine Nitsche worked for Continental AG in Berlin, a research and development company on electromobility, in the field of energy and environmental management. She gained in-depth knowledge on the implementation and development of operational environmental and energy management systems. As part of her master's thesis in cooperation with Continental AG, she developed an operational energy management system according to ISO 50001 in the research and development sector and developed various measures for improving energy procurement.
Nadine graduated from the Technical University of Berlin with a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, with a focus on Energy and Resources. Previously, she studied industrial engineering with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering at the Technical University of Berlin. During her studies she dealt with topics of energy and resource management, technical environmental policy, and climatology. Her main focus was on the supply of energy and raw materials as a basis for life and business in the interplay of security of supply, affordable prices, and protection of the environment and nature.
