A former Australian career diplomat and director of several leading non-government organisations, Paul Hohnen has four decades experience in international sustainability and related policy-making at the global level. His diplomatic postings included Paris OECD, the South Pacific Forum, Brussels and Colombo.
An Associate Fellow of the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House, London), Paul writes, speaks and consults on sustainability issues to a range of governmental, international organisation and private sector clients. He is an expert on the leading global CSR standards and business sustainability strategies.
Paul’s extensive sustainability policy experience in work with governmental, business and non-profit organisations (including in senior positions with Greenpeace International and the Global Reporting Initiative) has made him a popular and respected moderator of multi-stakeholder and high-level events on these themes.
Paul is a graduate of the Australian National University, where he read Arts and Law.
