Ricarda Faber
Project Assistant

In her position as Project Assistant, Ricarda Faber supports the International Climate Policy team. Her work focuses on the research and analysis of the implementation of the Paris Climate Agreement. 
 
Previously, she supported adelphi’s projects in the field of sustainable consumption. She further assisted the team with developing concrete strategies and contributions for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goal  12 (SDG 12) within the context of the implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at the national level. 
 
Prior to joining adelphi, Ricarda Faber gained work experience in English-speaking countries and contributed to the conception and implementation of sustainable cultural events related to climate policy projects. In addition, while at a non-governmental organization, she worked on an educational project for the COP21 Climate Change Conference that used innovative media to inform the public about climate change.
 
Ricarda Faber studies Social and Political Sciences at the Otto Suhr Institute of the Free University of Berlin, with a focus on focus environmental and climate diplomacy. As a member of the sustainability and climate initiative "Sustain it!" Ricarda Faber is actively involved in making the FUB campus more sustainable. She holds a scholarship from the University Alliance for Sustainability. As part of a student exchange, she recently conducted research on the societal transformation to sustainability at Peking University in Beijing, China.
