Energy efficiency is thus a particularly important factor for sustainable economic growth in these countries. adelphi supported the KfW Entwicklungsbank in the conception and implementation of the workshop, which drew attendees from Brazil, China, Croatia, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Mexico, Serbia, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam.

In addition to best practice examples and experiences from Germany, national particularities were also discussed. Interactive group sessions instigated lively debates and opened further paths for an intensified dialogue between the attending institutions.
