Environment and Security Initiative - programme development and management consultation

The Environment and Security Initiative, formed by the United Nations Environment (UNEP) and Development Programme (UNDP) as well as the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) was launched at the Environmental Minister conference in Kiev 2003. As a member of the original steering committee for the initiative, adelphi had been commissioned to develop a substantive programme and operational framework of activities for the next three years.
