The objective of the project "Risk-free to product services - RISP" was the creation of a procedural model for the development of product services. A process was be designed, which used today’s knowledge about successful innovation management, considered all risks about development of product services and ranked them according to priority and created sensible criteria for the future of the development process. This way the process of developing product services was to become controllable and at the same time teachable.
