The project MONARES developed criteria and methods to analyse climate change resilience in cities and evaluate adaptation measures. This guideline is an aid for the evaluation of initiatives to heighten climate change resilience. It is aimed mainly at representatives from projects in the focus area "Climate resilience through action in cities and regions". The guideline has a modular structure in order to be used as a toolkit. It is currently only available in German.
