Isell Baldauf is a Research Analyst working on various projects in the area of energy efficiency. Her tasks include developing recommendations for action and communications strategies for energy efficient practices in corporations, foundations, and for consumers.
Isell is a trained energy and waste consultant. In addition to her position at adelphi, she is a volunteer for energy efficiency in private households. Prior to her time at adelphi, she worked on environmental issues at the Deutsche Institut für Urbanistik gGmbH (difu). Specifically, she was a Public Relations Officer on a climate protection project financed by the NKI. In this capacity, she was supporting a country-wide campaign on climate change in municipalities and participated in the design of various interactive formats.
Isell completed a Master in Sustainability and Quality Management at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin (HWR). As part of her degree, she focused on the measurement and evaluation of corporate sustainability, German and international environmental law, as well as sustainable economics and sustainable management systems. Prior, Isell studied communications and English/American Studies at the Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena.
