Since 2001, the Helpdesk has supported the Commission also in developing and implementing marketing and communications activities. adelphi spearheads the Helpdesk’s European Public Relations outreach, which is jointly operated by several partners. The tasks include creating a one-year marketing plan, producing and distributing information materials, supporting the regular meetings of the EMAS Competent Body and the Regulatory Committee and maintaining the website.
