On behalf of InWEnt, adelphi conducted an evaluation that took stock of various approaches to capacity building measures for projects on sustainability management in Asia (India, Vietnam, the Philippines). The evaluation aimed to propose concrete recommendations for action for the Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). On the basis of a study and evaluation of the project documentation and interviews with participants in the countries as well as other relevant actors, adelphi also developed a concept for a modular, computer-based training program (CBT) that covers the topics of the project that will be implemented in further Asian countries.
