Over the coming two years adelphi and the Independent Institute for Environmental Issues (UfU) will support the Federal Environment Ministry (BMU) in awareness raising and the provision of information regarding laws and ordinances on renewable energies in Germany.
The provided services include the revision of the existing website of the BMU on laws and ordinances in the area of renewable energies both with regards to content and structure. The menu navigation and structure of the sub site will be amended to address a wider range of users while at the same time transparently presenting and illustrating the latest and proposed legislation on renewable energies.
In addition, the information provided on the Renewable Energy Act (EEG) and the Renewable Energy Heat Act (EEWärmeG) will be extended and complemented by relevant ordinances, studies and commentaries. The project team consists of experts from the field of renewable energies and energy law to guarantee conceptional and legal requirements are met when restructuring the website.
