Intern
adelphi offers the opportunity of completing mandatory internships as part of one’s tertiary education or a three-month work placement. As part of such an internship, you can gain insights into project work and have the opportunity of becoming more familiar with one or several of adelphi’s areas of expertise. The basic requirement for an internship with us is that you have completed a bachelor’s degree and display proven interest in our areas of expertise.
Project Assistant (PA)
As a working student, you can already start your employment with us during your studies. In this way you can gain your first experience in project work and have the opportunity of becoming more familiar with one or several of adelphi’s areas of expertise. The basic requirement for a project assistant at adelphi is that you have completed a bachelor’s degree and display proven interest in our areas of expertise. Analyst (AN)
We offer an exciting chance to start a career for graduates who show relevant knowledge of our fields of work, excellent internship placements and some initial international experience. You will be able to join us directly on completing your degree, working as a research analyst for one or two years. This option is often applicable after a successful student assistantship.
Consultant (CO)
As a Consultant you will be responsible for your own projects and will work independently on them. You will have extensive expertise in one or more of adelphi’s fields of work and will have at least two years of relevant professional experience. You will give project-specific instruction for Analysts and Project Assistants. You will be a direct contact for our clients. You will report to a Manager/Advisor or Senior Manager/Advisor, and they will in turn assist you in your own development.
Manager/Advisor, Researcher
With more than four years of relevant work experience in one of our fields of work, you can choose a career path as Manager/Advisor or as Researcher.
As Manager/Advisor, you will independently design and manage large or several projects, acquire financing for new projects, and represent adelphi vis-a-vis our project partners. In addition, you will be responsible for the management and recruiting of your team.
As Researcher, your responsibilities will include the independent concenptual design and leading thematic work for ambitious projects, work on case studies and reports, publications in trade journals, and the conceptual design of high-level technical events (workshops/conferences).
Senior Manager/Advisor, Senior Researcher (SMA/SAD, SRE)
As a Senior Manager/Advisor, you will have several (more than 7) years of proven experience in project management and verifiable expertise in one or more of adelphi’s fields of work. You will be independently responsible for several complex projects and will engage in close dialogue with our clients. You will be responsible for the quality and results of your projects and will often instruct several Consultants and/or Managers/Advisors. You will play a significant role in project acquisition, will work closely with the general management, and will contribute to the strategic development of adelphi.
As a Senior Researcher, you will lead one or more thematic groups. In this role, you will represent your thematic group and adelphi as an expert on your topic(s), as well as lead scientific studies, publications, and technical events.
